We have done business with Sago Networks for more than 2 years. During this time we have had a great experience dealing with their Support and Sales Departments. Techs are quick to resolve problems we have with our servers, and the Sales/Billing representatives are fast to answer help us with our requests.

One week ago we had a powerful DDoS attack on our main server (more than 700Mbps of bandwidth). Four (!) days their Support team helped us to minimize and stop the DDoS. After the DDoS ended, we can express a respect for technicians' work.

At this moment we have 12 dedicated servers at Sago Networks.

We have used sagonet for over three years. We have 7 dedicated servers with them. Their customer support is amazing. One of my technicians deleted the root directory of 7 websites by mistake, their customer service tried the impossible to restore them. Although it wasn't technically possible, they did their best in find all kind of solutions for us to get the offline backups we had back on the server. This is just one tiny example of their customer service.

Their billing department is wonderful, we had many problems with the company credit card and the bank in Jordan and they accommodate all our needs and extended due dates on invoices LOT OF times. They never complained and they always make you feel welcomed no matter what you do.

We HIGHLY recommend them to all professional businesses looking for a professional web hosting company that values the customer no matter how small or large he is.

I'm writing this post from Brazil to tell my experiences with Sago Networks (http://www.sagonet.com/). I'm Sago customer since 09/2006. Today I have two dedicated servers hosted at Sago Networks, and below I list their main positive points:
* High availability: From the beginning until now, I never had unscheduled stops;
* Good equipments: One year powered on (24x7) and never had hardware problems;
* Fast network: Even from Brazil, connections to sago are very fast;
* Organization: With an easy to use web panel, I have all details from my servers (from bandwidth usage to physical position on the rack), billing and support tickets, all in only one place;
* Qualified staff: In the occasions where I needed technical support, they help me to fix my server in few minutes. When I needed the help of the billing/sales departments they helped me quickly too. Special thanks to Mr. Donovan Kelley, who obtained me a special offer in the acquisition of my new server;
* Supports Debian: I love debian, but many hostings don't give support for it. Sago installs and supports Debian.

Even being geographically distant, I trust and I recommend the Sago Networks because I feel as my servers were in the room at my side.
